Mr. Wildman brings more than 20 years of Senior Banking and mortgage experience. Additional experience as a senior marketing director of fortune 100 companies with comprehensive background in lead generation, tactical and strategic planning.


He has been responsible for growth in many financial institutions he has managed driving growth in company ROI usually by more than 35%.

He created new marketing tools and activities to promote services and generate interest to drive sales and profits. In so doing, he had to research competition to make marketing and sales adjustments to the ever changing market of banking and mortgage sales.

As principal and director, Mr. Reynolds manages the day to day financial affairs of the company to ensure all funding, accounts receivable, and accounts payable are all in order. This department controls and monitors all government requisites concerning financial transactions – domestically and internationally – to ensure compliance. All records are audited annually.

Our expertise is: Facilitating funding, financial and legal matters, negotiations, designing, concept creation, construction, and team building.

Previously, he single-handedly was responsible for growing a franchise business in Florida, that became a multi-million-dollar company within 5 years of its inception. He was the seventh business opportunity owner (later Area Developer Franchisee) in the company. He was also, the Franchisee Advisory Board President for 7 years. Twice he was Awarded Area Developer of the year. Grew business from one unit to 10 units in 5 years. The national Franchise grew from 7 to over 300 units while he was Advisory Board President.

 

Business Manager for the Standish Arms (226 rooms), and Bossert Hotels (340 rooms) both circa early 1900's properties in Brooklyn Heights, NY, and twenty other multifamily properties each ranging from 6 to 43 families. Mr. Reynolds managed finances, investments, and compliance with NY housing regulations, interfaced with attorneys and owners. Both hotels underwent complete restoration. All of the multifamily properties were under his management.

 

He is responsible for reviews and inspections of all OSHA safety regulations during construction to ensure that compliance with current safety practices are adhered to. If action is required, he manages the process.

ALDO A. PAREDES

As principal and director, Mr. Paraedes brings well over 25 years in design, estimating/budgeting, and construction background in a wide variety of complex projects including, but not limited to, resorts, multi-family/apartment developments, office buildings, shopping centers, hospitals and airports.

 

Mr. Paraedes has managed all land development projects with complete financial and scheduling control producing great success. During his tenure of more than 10 years with Reynolds & Paredes, and subsequently with Sustainable Concepts, he managed all real estate acquisitions, negotiations, feasibility studies, land use or zoning issues, permitting, and construction management. In addition, he coordinated all resolutions regarding contract negotiations, all site designs, consultant coordination, governmental approvals, and construction. Mr. Paraedes managed all the project activities, including all due-diligence activities, i.e.; surveyors, environmental biologists, mitigation specialists, civil engineers, geotechnical and preliminary plats.

 

Mr. Paredes is a published author of Historical Fictional Novels and multiple technical publications; which includes a watershed/ water storage and land development manuals. His experience encompasses P&L, use of Autocad for over 15 years, project scheduling software, marketing, design, extensive land development experience, and governmental expertise and international development experience. Mr. Paredes is bi-lingual English/Spanish and is versed in many software programs.
